Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Visual Designer with a strong background in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing. If you think like a Creative Director, have a sharp design aesthetic, and can deliver scroll-stopping content with an eye for storytelling this opportunity is for you.

You’ll be the visual lead behind our campaigns, working across mediums to bring bold ideas to life. While not a formal "Art Director" role, we are looking for someone with leadership potential, a strong portfolio, and hands-on mastery of modern design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into high-quality visual content across digital platforms
• Design compelling social media creatives, brand identities, marketing assets, and presentations
• Create professional-grade motion graphics and animations for videos, reels, and ads
• Edit videos with a strong narrative sense, clean transitions, and attention to pacing
• Work collaboratively with content strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns
• Stay updated with trends in design, pop culture, and digital storytelling

Required Skills & Tools

• Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva
• Video & Motion Tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
• Strong sense of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing work across static, animated, and video formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
