The Role: Senior Visual Designer We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer with strong creative instincts, a refined visual eye, and the ability to bring concepts to life through branding, digital, and marketing design. This is a hands-on, craft-focused role where your design thinking and attention to detail will be key. What you’ll do: Design brand identities, digital visuals, and marketing assets for a wide range of clients. Translate briefs into moodboards, concepts, and high-fidelity visuals. Collaborate with other designers, project managers, and clients across industries and time zones. Ensure design consistency and clarity across multiple touchpoints. Present your work confidently and back it up with strong rationale. Stay up to date on visual trends, tools, and techniques. You bring: 3+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or digital design roles (agency or in-house). A strong portfolio that showcases your visual sensibility, typography, layout skills, and concept thinking. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; knowledge of motion or prototyping tools is a plus. The ability to manage feedback and iterate without losing your design voice.
