Senior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit campus videos across formats: event films, testimonials, podcasts, social media reels, vlogs, and montages.
• Craft compelling narratives with strong rhythm, emotional pacing, and brand-aligned aesthetics.
• Maintain visual consistency and excellence across regional content deliveries.
• Collaborate with campus producers and cinematographers to understand shoot context and intent.
• Coordinate with motion designers to integrate graphics, lower-thirds, end cards, and transitions.
• Ensure proper project structure, file naming, export specs, and delivery hygiene.
• Receive mentorship and periodic reviews from Central Senior Editors and Creative Leads.
  

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of strong editing experience in branded content, digital storytelling, or regional campaigns.
• Fluency in Premiere Pro (After Effects and DaVinci Resolve are a plus).
• Strong understanding of narrative logic, visual flow, and pacing.
• Creative eye for music sync, montage design, rhythm, and reel-worthy storytelling.
• Basic skills in sound mixing and color grading.
• Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced creative environments.
• Collaborative mindset—editing as part of a creative team.
