Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce marketing-focused video content for brand campaigns, social media, ads, and client promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and strategy teams to create engaging video narratives that align with campaign goals.
Ideate and execute creative video concepts that enhance engagement and performance.
Add motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and transitions to make content visually appealing.
Repurpose content across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to fit different formats and audience needs.
Stay updated with digital trends, editing styles, and viral content formats.
Lead junior editors and interns — providing guidance, quality checks, and creative direction.
Manage multiple projects with efficiency and maintain brand consistency in all outputs.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
Strong understanding of storytelling, marketing psychology, and visual engagement.
Ability to adapt video styles to fit brand tone and platform requirements.
Excellent sense of pacing, music sync, and composition.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
