We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Senior Video Editor who can combine traditional editing expertise with the latest AI-driven tools to create world-class video content. The role involves conceptualizing, editing, and delivering engaging videos that showcase Mugdha’s brand ethos across all digital and offline channels. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Editing Edit and produce high-quality videos for campaigns, product launches, brand films, digital ads, reels, and behind-the-scenes content. Leverage AI tools like Veo, Gemini Pro, ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, MidJourney, and others to accelerate ideation, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and editing workflows. Repurpose content into multiple formats for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and in-store screens. Creative Storytelling Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ideate video concepts aligned with seasonal campaigns and festive collections. Use AI-assisted tools for visual mood boards, automated subtitles, and motion graphics to bring concepts alive. Technical Expertise Master both traditional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and AI-based editing/animation platforms. Implement AI-powered tools for tasks like auto-color grading, background replacement, voiceovers, sound design, and visual effects. Innovation & Efficiency Stay updated on the latest AI tools for video editing, and continuously improve speed, quality, and creativity in production. Mentor junior editors on integrating AI tools into their workflows. Requirements: 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or retail brands. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc. Strong exposure to AI video creation and editing tools (Veo, Gemini Pro, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, MidJourney, ChatGPT for scripting). Deep understanding of social media content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, performance ads). Strong portfolio showcasing creative video storytelling, including AI-assisted projects. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a balance of speed and quality. A keen eye for fashion aesthetics and luxury visual language.
