About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
end-to-end video editing process
including assembling raw footage, selecting music, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
Collaborate with team to bring brand stories to life through engaging video content.
Edit videos for multiple platforms —
social media, digital ads, corporate films, product videos, and YouTube.
Ensure all videos align with brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
Mentor and provide feedback to junior editors, ensuring high-quality output across the team.
Stay up to date with video editing trends, transitions, effects, and storytelling techniques.
Manage and organize video assets and maintain efficient workflow processes.
Work on tight deadlines
while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in
Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience
in video editing, preferably in a creative agency or media production house.
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, and sound design.
Excellent storytelling, pacing, and timing skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
under tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to visual details and brand consistency.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in
color grading
and
3D animation
.
Knowledge of
camera operations
and
shooting techniques.
