Senior UX Researcher

As a Senior UX Researcher at Loop, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of care and insurance products. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting user studies using various methods such as interviews, participatory design, digital ethnography, and service safaris. - Facilitating rapid prototype testing to assess both the usefulness and usability of products. - Capturing and sharing insights through rich artefacts like journey maps, experience maps, personas, stories, and scenarios. - Creating a shared understanding of the target audience by conducting workshops with product designers, product managers, and business stakeholders. - Providing strong recommendations to the heads of design, product, and business to influence Loop's product roadmap and UX strategy. - Collaborating closely with designer teammates, participating in ideation and critiques, and contributing to the studio culture. Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate: - A deep understanding and appreciation of people's values, behaviors, and needs. - 4+ years of experience in working on software products. - Experience with service design would be a plus. - Previous experience in healthcare is desirable. - Strong verbal, written, and visual storytelling skills. - An understanding of metrics and business fundamentals. - Highly organized with excellent project and time management skills. - Well-educated in UX research, irrespective of your educational background.
