We’re seeking a
hands-on senior UX Product Designer
to lead the design of our SaaS product portfolio. This role blends
creative design craft
with
user research
, turning insights into intuitive, scalable product experiences. You’ll work across discovery, design, prototyping, and delivery - helping shape tools that delight users while delivering measurable business outcomes.This is a blended role where

Who you are
- You’re passionate about understanding users and designing experiences that solve their problems elegantly.
- You stay up to date with design trends and know how to balance innovation with usability.
- You have a strong eye for detail - every pixel matters - and can translate requirements into clean, consistent interfaces.
- You’re fluent in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools.
- You know how to build design systems from scratch and scale them across products.
- You collaborate confidently with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders - communicating design choices clearly and constructively.
- You’re curious, iterative, and data-informed, balancing speed with craft.
- You see UX as more than screens - you design holistic experiences that consider digital, human, and business touchpoints.
What you’ll do
Design
- Lead end-to-end UX design for SaaS products, from concepts and flows to polished high-fidelity prototypes.
- Own Figma workflows, maintaining clean, organized files and scalable design libraries.
- Build and evolve design systems for consistency and reusability across products.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, flows, and production-ready UI designs.
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and responsive.
- Apply accessibility (WCAG/ARIA) standards to deliver inclusive experiences.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle.
Research
- Plan and conduct user research: interviews, usability testing, concept validation.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights that influence design decisions.
- Develop personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to inform product strategy.
- Partner with product managers to prioritize features aligned with user needs and business outcomes.
Desired skills
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience designing SaaS applications (ideally data-heavy / analytics products).
- Expert Figma skills with proven ability to build design systems and component libraries.
- Strong portfolio showing interaction design craft and research-driven decision making.
- Experience collaborating with front-end developers (HTML/CSS/JavaScript familiarity a plus).
- Strong understanding of responsive design across devices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Exposure to market research or analytics industries.
- Experience with Agile product development.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design frameworks.
