Senior UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Pune, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. With a focus on understanding user needs and business goals, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products. Your expertise in UI design principles and UX methodologies will be essential in designing user-centric experiences that meet industry standards and best practices. Your responsibilities will include designing engaging interfaces, conducting user research and usability testing, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions, creating wireframes and prototypes, and optimizing user interactions through user personas, journey maps, and user flows. By staying updated with emerging technologies and advocating for user-centered design principles, you will contribute to enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. With at least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects, you should demonstrate proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, as well as prototyping tools such as InVision or Principle. Your solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards, along with experience in user research and usability testing, will be key to your success in this position. Strong communication skills, the ability to justify design decisions to stakeholders, and experience in Agile development environments are considered advantageous.
