Senior User Experience Designer / UX Designer

Role: Sr. UX Designer (Product Designer / Human-Centered Design)

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development:

• Create designs for complex interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications, while adhering to and contributing to our design system.
• Collaborate effectively with UX Researchers, UX designers, product & project managers, and developers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Help researchers and strategists conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our various design accelerators and design systems
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards within the organization.

Skill Requirements

• 5-8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, with experience of leading a small team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UX design and your ability to create impactful user experiences.
• Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Proficiency in in graphics design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles, interaction design best practices, and usability.
• Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to mentor junior designers.

Good to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Basic Understanding of Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of of Usability and Accessibility Guidelines.
