Job Summary:
We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT recruitment, sourcing and hiring top-tier technology talent for our clients across the United States. This position requires working during US Eastern Time hours and offers the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, high-performance recruitment team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of US hiring practices, work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, etc.), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Proficiency with job portals and internal ATS
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work US Eastern Time hours (Night shift)
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, MSc, BSc.. with excellent communication skills.
