AMD Integral specializes in facilitating end-to-end Accounting, Business and Individual tax returns, GAAP financial statements, Assurance Assistance and Special Projects to growth focused accounting and CPA firms across the USA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, process, policies, and principles
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Provide recommendations
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet Company Growth objectives
• Research and Perform financial information for analysis
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a U.S.-based KPO
• Should have team handling experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

BPO/KPO Experience is Preferred.

• Excellent Organizational and Communications skills.
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strategic Leader and Thinker with extensive Team Member Supervisory Experience
• Strategist and Result oriented and Solutions Provider
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, accounting software, and databases

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.com, M.com,CPA,CA or progress toward CPA/CA preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of payroll, sales tax, and state/federal tax reporting.
• Experience working with cross-border or multi-currency accounting (if applicable).
• Familiarity with internal and external audit processes.
