Senior US Accountant

You will be responsible for providing support to the accounting staff and managing QuickBooks setup/customization. You will oversee financial data, reporting, and reconciliations, as well as prepare financial statements and provide advisory support. Utilizing Microsoft Office and collaboration tools efficiently, you will resolve issues and coordinate with US teams, acting as a liaison between US and India offices. Additionally, you will manage multiple clients/projects, reporting key issues to management, and be open to international travel. - Support accounting staff and manage QuickBooks setup/customization. - Oversee financial data, reporting, and reconciliations. - Prepare financial statements and provide advisory support. - Use Microsoft Office and collaboration tools efficiently. - Resolve issues and coordinate with US teams. - Act as liaison between US and India offices. - Manage multiple clients/projects and report key issues to management. - Open to international travel. As an ideal candidate, you should possess the following skills and requirements: - Manage client onboarding, escalations, and communications. - 46 years of client management experience. - Oversee team training, supervision, and scheduling. - Balance multiple priorities and attend key meetings. - Strong communication skills.
