Senior US Accountant

As an US Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting staff, managing QuickBooks setup/customization, overseeing financial data, reporting, and reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and providing advisory support. Additionally, you will be expected to efficiently use Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, resolve issues, and coordinate with US teams. Acting as a liaison between US and India offices, you will manage multiple clients/projects, report key issues to management, and be open to international travel. Key Responsibilities: - Support accounting staff and manage QuickBooks setup/customization. - Oversee financial data, reporting, and reconciliations. - Prepare financial statements and provide advisory support. - Use Microsoft Office and collaboration tools efficiently. - Resolve issues and coordinate with US teams. - Act as liaison between US and India offices. - Manage multiple clients/projects and report key issues to management. - Open to international travel. Qualifications Required: - Manage client onboarding, escalations, and communications. - Minimum 1 year of client management experience. - Oversee team training, supervision, and scheduling. - Ability to balance multiple priorities and attend key meetings. - Strong communication skills.
