🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  Live Underwriting

  with complete

  end-to-end case ownership

  .
• Evaluate borrower profiles using the

  4 Cs of Credit

  – Character, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral.
• Conduct a detailed

  Credit Report Review

  for accurate risk assessment.
• Work on both

  UK Mortgage

  and

  US Mortgage underwriting

  , including:

• Income Calculation

  (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly).

• Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio

  assessment.

• Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio

  evaluation.

• Asset Calculation

  and

  PITI (Principal, Interest, Taxes, Insurance)

  review.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and decision-making.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum

  3.5 years of underwriting experience

  (Live / End-to-End).
• Experience in the

  UK Mortgage process

  or the

  US Mortgage underwriting

  – both will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of

  Credit Report Review, DTI, LTV, PITI, Income & Asset calculations

  .
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with high accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a

  UK Shift

  environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
