Job Description

Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Onsite (Mumbai)

Experience: 6+ years

Job Summary:

Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process from research, wireframing, prototyping, to high-fidelity design.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experience.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies.
Mentor junior designers and provide design direction when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
6+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work onsite and engage closely with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
