Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at InxiteOut Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in designing next-generation AI-powered applications. Your focus on creating engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences will be instrumental in delivering outstanding user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design engaging, intuitive, and responsive web and mobile interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals. - Collaborate with Clients, Product Managers, Full Stack Developers, and other stakeholders to define UX requirements and deliver creative solutions. - Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools. - Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries for consistency across applications. - Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. - Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and follow industry best practices. - Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design fidelity. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience. - Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD). - Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications. - Solid understanding of user-centred design principles. - Hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups. - Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers. - Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, and layout design. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
