About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern web design trends, interactive UI, and parallax effects, with a proven track record of crafting user-friendly and visually stunning digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Implement creative parallax and motion effects to enhance user interactivity.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless UI integration.
• Develop responsive designs that maintain usability across devices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure design consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of parallax scrolling, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end integration is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects and creative web designs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation tools (Lottie, Framer, or Motion UI).
• Understanding of branding and visual communication.
• Prior experience in agency or tech startup environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
