Job Description

Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer
Location: Mohali
Experience: 4+ Years
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead design initiatives, create intuitive user experiences, and deliver visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business goals.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Maintain design consistency across products using style guides and design systems.
Translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions.

Requirements:

4+ years of proven company experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory), Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead design discussions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
