Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designers with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both web and mobile application design, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to convert complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ability to collaborate with and understand the client to create an elegant and informative UI while maintaining an intuitive and concise UX.
2. A good knowledge of design guidelines provided by different platforms like iOS, Android, and the web.
3. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
4. Perform UX research and test to iterate over existing functionality/design and optimize the customer experience.
5. Working closely with the development team to ensure that your design was thorough in deployment/ development.
6. Follow up on the performance of the executed designs on the basis of the conversion rate.
7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in user interface design for Web and Mobile.
2. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and related software.
3. Excellent hands-on experience on projects of both ground zero as well as redesigning all industries.
4. Solid understanding of interaction design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and lead design initiatives.
7. Must have a portfolio of past works.
