Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at our company, your role involves creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications to ensure an intuitive and visually appealing user experience. You will be responsible for developing visually impactful designs for digital media using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as producing engaging animations and motion graphics for digital applications with tools like Adobe After Effects. Additionally, you will build interactive prototypes using Figma to showcase designs and user flows, establish and maintain a consistent visual language, and work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to align on project goals and deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications - Develop visually impactful designs for digital media - Produce engaging animations and motion graphics for digital applications - Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma - Establish and maintain a consistent visual language - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals - Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques Qualifications Required: - Any UG/PG/Computer Engineering Graduates - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in UI/UX Design - Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design practices - Experience in creating engaging animations for UI elements and interactive content - Excellent skills in visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and incorporate feedback effectively As a Full-Time Senior UI/UX Designer, you will benefit from: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Work from home option Please note that the company follows a full-time, permanent job type with working hours in UK Time (2pm to 10pm) and provides weekends off (Sat & Sun).,
