Job Description

Senior UI/UX Designer

marketing collaterals (digital and print)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process for
web and mobile applications
— from research and wireframes to prototypes and final UI design.
Collaborate with
product managers, developers, marketing teams, and clients
to translate ideas into impactful design solutions.
Participate in
client meetings, presentations, and discussions
to understand requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Conduct
user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
to inform and refine design decisions.
Develop and maintain
design systems, style guides, and reusable components
for consistency across platforms.
Design
marketing and brand collaterals
for digital and print — including web banners, infographics, presentations, and brochures.
Stay updated with the latest
design trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
6+ years of experience
in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of web and app projects.
Expertise in
Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
Deep understanding of
user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
Experience in
creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
to convey design ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
