About Us

We are a fast growing technology company specializing in current and emerging internet, cloud and mobile technologies.

We're seeking a hands-on UI/UX Designer with deep experience in enterprise SaaS applications to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our UI/UX Lead and cross-functional engineering team to redesign our platform, establish design systems, and create intuitive experiences for complex business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design and iterate on user interfaces for complex enterprise software features
Build and maintain a comprehensive Design System in Figma
Create user-centered designs for data-heavy interfaces, forms, and business workflows
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Backend/Frontend Developers, and Product teams
Conduct user research and usability testing for B2B audiences
Design permission systems, user roles, and access control interfaces
Prototype and validate design solutions for complex business processes

Requirements

5+ years of UI/UX design experience, specifically in enterprise/SaaS applications
Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, and interactive prototyping
Strong portfolio showcasing B2B software design (data grids, forms, dashboards, workflows)
Experience designing for complex business processes and users permissions
Understanding of enterprise software constraints and requirements
Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
Experience working with technical teams in agile environments

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/ML product interfaces
Background in sales or CRM software design
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
lFamiliarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics)
