Position Summary

Senior Creative Technologist

E-commerce platforms

This role requires a "Hybrid" professional who can conceive high-fidelity designs in Figma and translate them into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI/UX & Visual Strategy

• Futuristic Interface Design:

   Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for AI-driven dashboards and web platforms, utilizing modern aesthetics (Glass morphism, Dark Mode, Micro-interactions).

• E-Commerce UX:

   Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys for e-commerce clients, focusing on usability, accessibility, and 

  Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  .

• Brand Innovation:

   Develop visual assets that support our 

  Holobox

   and spatial computing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive futuristic brand identity.

2. Frontend Development & Engineering

• Component Development:

   Build scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components using 

  React.js (Next.js)

   or 

  Vue.js

  .

• Advanced Animation:

   Implement WebGL and motion graphics using libraries such as 

  Three.js, React Three Fiber,

   or 

  GSAP

   to deliver immersive 3D web experiences.

• Performance Optimization:

   Ensure all rich media and complex animations are optimized for fast load times (Core Web Vitals) and SEO performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

   Bridge the gap between visual design and backend logic, working closely with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Professional Experience:

• 4–5 Years

   of proven experience in a hybrid Design/Development role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating 

  complex web interfaces

  , 

  E-commerce live sites

  , and 

  creative/interactive web design

  .

Technical Proficiency:

• Frontend:

   Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/Tailwind), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

• Frameworks:

   Production experience with 

  React

  , 

  Next.js

  , or 

  Vue.js

  .

• Motion/3D:

   Proficiency with 

  Three.js

  , 

  Framer Motion

  , or 

  GSAP

   is highly preferred.

• Design Tools:

   Advanced proficiency in 

  Figma

   (Auto-layout, Prototyping, Design Systems) and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Core Competencies:

• Deep understanding of 

  Sales Psychology

   within UI design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously from concept to deployment.
• Familiarity with 

  AI tools

   and 

  Web3/Metaverse

   trends.
