Key Responsibilities:

1. Interface Design:

    

• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products. 
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that align with brand guidelines and user needs. 

2. Collaboration:

• Work closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished, interactive designs. 
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process. 

3. Design Systems:

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all digital products. 
• Advocate for best practices in UI design and accessibility. 

4. User-Centered Design:

• Ensure that all designs are user-centered, responsive, and accessible across various devices and platforms. 
• Incorporate feedback from usability testing and stakeholder reviews to refine designs. 

5. Visual Design:

• Create icons, illustrations, and other visual elements that enhance the user experience. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work fresh and innovative. 

6. Communication:

• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design decisions. 
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the design process. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 
• 4+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. 
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout. 
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG). 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agency or startup environment. 
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. 
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions. 
• Certification in UI design or related fields.
