Senior UI Designer

We are looking for a passionate designer with an uncanny sense for clean and meaningful design. You should be committed to producing elegantly simple user experiences and hungry to do award-winning work. Your focus should be more on the Why than the How, delivering user-centric solutions using design tools, guidelines, and meeting proper accessibility standards. Experience in Web and Mobile applications across multiple platforms like iOS, Android is essential. You should have used these skills to produce stunning interfaces and understand the art of storytelling and smooth narration of concepts and solutions. Innovation in design, development, and implementation is key, and you should be willing to go the extra mile in the pursuit of perfection, bringing a positive change in the ever-evolving world of design. Your impact will involve the end-to-end design of interfaces, managing the entire development process, executing design systems, and crafting detailed UI design style guides. Conducting brand research, creating brand architecture, stakeholder interviews, user surveys, developing user personas, and competitor analysis will inform your design strategies. You should be able to evaluate and rationalize design solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's vision, business context, and project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Cultivating strong relationships, establishing operational rhythms, and efficiently implementing cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed user experiences are crucial. Basic consulting skills to build trust, provide cohesive design recommendations, and applying creativity, consumer empathy, and business acumen in crafting user interfaces are also expected.
