Job Description

Objective

  • Organization and realization of all regional trainings according to DACHSER Guidelines.
  • Training and qualifying local Trainer (Power User) (technical expertise – methodic - teaching principles) and Othello “End-Users”
  • Liaise with DACHSER Training team to implement new training concepts into the network
  • To audit/review processes and systems within the network


Responsibilities

  • Detection of training needs for ASL employees
  • Planning and realization of project related trainings
  • Realization of regular trainings for offices in the network region – new hires, refresher trainings…
  • Review of training documentation and handouts 
  • Realization, analysis and evaluation of trainer/system and training data
  • Plan regular audits within APAC region
  • Conduct audits in branches with focus on processes and systems
  • Creation of audit reports. Ensure distribution to all relevant stakeholders
  • Organisation of audit follow ups. Develop recommendations in order to improve system or processes
  • Implementation and optimization of audit standards together with global office
  • Gather requirements on report and automation of efficient monitoring
  • Monitor operational processes and system quality with certain measurements


Job Requirement

  • University degree with major in educational or Logistics or similar degree through completed vocational training and professional work experience in the field of educational or social science.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge in the area of teaching principles, methodic and adult education
  • Experience in the field of e-learning
  • Min. 10 years’ experience in Training delivery
  • Min. 8 years’ experience in Air and Sea Freight operation
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in auditing or any other relevant experience
  • Profound TMS system knowledge and understanding
  • Analytical skills and ability to translate operational problems and needs in clear and actionable requirements
  • Conduct internal Audit and coordinate with the relevant parties 
  • Capable coordinator able to manage projects involving IT, end users and customers
  • Very good command of written and spoken English (fluency) – Any additional language skills would be an advantage
  • Intercultural competence
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel (worldwide)
