Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management or allied field
4+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, brand management in a
FMCG company
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic and creative thinking.
Proficiency in budget management.
Familiarity with both traditional retail channels (Modern Trade and General
Trade) and digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Strategy and planning: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to
increase product visibility and sales within specific retail channels.
Campaign execution: Plan and execute in-store promotions, displays, and
merchandising efforts to attract customers and drive sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, brand managers, and other
cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts.
Channel management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail
and distribution partners.
Analysis and reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and
sales data to inform strategy and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Budget management: Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring activities
are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment.
Brand consistency: Ensure brand messaging and merchandising are
consistent across all retail touchpoints.
Digital integration: Support and execute digital marketing strategies within
the retail environment to align with omnichannel rollouts.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
