Senior Test Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across multiple technology-driven initiatives. You’ll partner closely with our Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business outcomes, foster a culture of collaboration, and champion agile best practices. Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews across multiple scrum teams Coach teams on agile principles, fostering continuous improvement and self-organization Collaborate with the Project Manager to align sprint goals with strategic business objectives Track and communicate team progress, velocity, utilization, capacity planning and delivery metrics to stakeholders Promote transparency and trust across teams and leadership Support backlog refinement and ensure stories are well-defined and prioritized Champion agile tools and frameworks to optimize SDLC efficiency ? Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or product-driven environment Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred Strong understanding of agile frameworks Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholder alignment Empathetic communicator with a bias for action and continuous improvement
