Senior Territory Manager-Car Loans

The role of Senior Territory Manager - Car Loans in the Retail Banking department involves contributing towards sales volume for Car loans business and building a strong book within the branch. You will be responsible for ensuring portfolio quality and compliance for Car Loan business at a pan India level. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring Car loan customers in the identified segment, meeting and exceeding defined targets of new customer acquisitions by analyzing transaction banking needs, providing regular feedback to Relationship Managers on opportunities and customer needs, ensuring adherence to selling norms and SOPs, and strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations while maintaining quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy. In addition, you will create an environment for the team to focus on digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically and drive initiatives to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets. The key success metrics for this role will be based on disbursals, growth metrics, file to disbursal conversion, TPD, insurance penetration, and other relevant factors.,
