Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of compressed air aluminium piping systems, valves, and related industrial products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector. Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (manufacturing plants, workshops, contractors, etc.). Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications of aluminium piping, valves, and compressed air systems. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales over the phone/email. Maintain CRM records and provide sales reports. Collaborate with the technical team to address customer queries. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements:Proven experience in tele-sales, preferably in industrial products (piping, valves, pneumatics, etc.). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Basic technical knowledge of compressed air systems (training provided). Proficiency in English & [Local Language]. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
