Senior Telecalling Team Leader

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Telecalling Team Leader to manage and guide our customer and sales support telecalling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service, achieves sales support targets, and maintains high standards of performance and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers handling both customer support and sales support.
• Monitor daily team activities, including call quality, response time, customer satisfaction, and lead conversion.
• Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and support sales initiatives.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure quick resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and KPIs.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service departments to align telecalling activities with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and customer data confidentiality.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and motivational activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Telecalling Team Leader in customer support and/or sales support.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/telecalling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
