Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in blended processes, query resolution, voice processing, chat support, and complaint handling.
  • 0.6-3 years of experience in BPO customer service or related field (telecalling/customer care).
