Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Senior Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our Interior Wallpaper business at Nava India, Coimbatore

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available interior wallpaper designs, materials, and pricing.
Handle inbound enquiries from walk-in customers, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update customer databases (daily call reports, follow-up sheets, enquiry status).
Fix appointments for the sales team and coordinate site visits.
Share product catalogues, photos, and quotations to customers when required.
Follow up with leads until closure and ensure high conversion rate.
Provide after-sales support and check customer satisfaction after installation.
Coordinate with the design/installation teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain professionalism and build a positive brand image with customers.
