Job Description

Job Description: Telecaller – Education Product (IT Courses)Experience Required

Prior experience in telecalling or student counseling preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge: Learn and understand IT course offerings, their importance, and benefits to students.
Student Interaction: Handle student calls gently and professionally, addressing queries and requirements smoothly.
Lead Management:
Work on leads generated by the Sales team or Counselor through digital and traditional marketing.
Identify and transfer important leads to the Counselor for further follow-up.
Performance Goals:
Increase the number of leads and improve call ratios every month.
Generate a minimum of 3–5 walk-ins per month through effective telecalling.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the Counselor and Sales team to ensure proper lead handling and conversion.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets; incentives will be provided based on successful target completion.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and empathy while dealing with students.
Ability to learn quickly about IT courses and explain them clearly.
Goal-oriented mindset with focus on increasing admissions.

Performance & Incentives

Incentives will be processed monthly based on target completion and lead conversion success.
