Job Description – Back-End Support & Telecalling Executive Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Back-End Support & Telecalling Executive to manage leads, support customer communication, and assist in back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to convert leads through continuous follow-up and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Handle telecalling activities to connect with potential customers and explain product/service offerings. Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and market research. Convert leads into meetings and follow up regularly to maintain strong customer relationships. Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and maintain update records. Manage back-end operational tasks such as documentation, data entry, and file management. Prepare and maintain records using MS Word and MS Excel. Maintain a customer database, update tracking reports, and ensure timely follow-ups. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support lead management. Provide customer support and address inquiries efficiently. Required Skills Telecalling and lead conversion experience preferred. Intermediate level English communication (spoken & written). Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Strong follow-up skills and customer relationship management. Ability to handle work pressure and meet targets. Good interpersonal and coordination skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
