We are a growing interior design firm and are looking for an experienced senior telecaller to join our team. Our leads are coming from Indian Mart, JustDial, Google and other online channels, and we need someone who can turn those inquiries into solid appointments and happy clients. What We Are Looking For - Minimum 2‑3 years of telecalling experience, preferably in interior design, real‑estate or home‑services. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or Bengali). - Confidence in discussing technical details (BOQ, material options, timelines). -Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily. -Update the CRM with accurate call logs and feedback. -Explain our interior services, scope of work and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) clearly. -Handle objections, schedule site visits and maintain a follow‑up schedule.
