Senior Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele caller Executive to join our team. The role involves making inbound/outbound calls, handling inbound outbound inquiries, explaining products/services, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound/ outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into sales (as applicable).
• Maintain customer databases and update call records.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through quality customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales/marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Prepare and share daily call reports with the team lead/manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate (as preferred by company preferences).
• Proven experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or similar role (experienced candidate required for this post ).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/MS Office).
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under targets and time constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in Hindi/English or additional regional languages.
• Prior sales or call-center experience acceptable.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.

Working Conditions

Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
