Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential and existing clients, and persuading them to purchase our specialized products. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, resilience, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Contact potential B2B/B2C clients to promote stainless steel and PVD coated products. Lead Qualification: Generate and qualify new sales leads. Sales & Targets: Use persuasive skills to handle objections, close sales over the phone, and meet monthly targets. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Required Skills: Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM). Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
