Job Title: Senior Telecaller Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Telecaller to lead telecalling activities, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in telecalling or telesales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain call records, update CRM, and share daily reports with management. Mentor and guide junior telecallers to achieve their targets. Assist the team in improving call quality and conversions. Meet personal and team targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
