Job Title: Senior Telecaller Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2 years in telecalling or telesales Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management. As a Senior Telecaller, you will be responsible for guiding junior callers, achieving daily/weekly targets, and helping drive the sales or support process effectively. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Clearly communicate the product/service features and benefits to prospects. Handle customer queries effectively and professionally. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information. Convert leads into sales or qualified appointments. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Mentor and support junior telecallers in improving performance. Provide feedback and report issues or customer concerns to the team lead. Participate in training sessions and sales meetings as required.
