Job Description

The Senior Technology Analyst position based in Pune, India, with a corporate title of Associate, involves providing support for the technical infrastructure necessary to deliver IT services to the bank. The role encompasses activities such as strategy formulation, design, development, and deployment of IT solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably focusing on Asset Management Business Applications and Processes. The individual should have expertise in IT risk management, and a solid understanding of development methodologies and IT policies. As an IT Application Owner (ITAO), the candidate will be responsible for enhancing the safety and security of applications, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and standards, and improving operational readiness. The ITAO will work closely with application stakeholders to identify areas for infrastructure enhancement and align with the technical roadmap. Responsibilities also include supporting the banks audit function in addressing audit points, producing accurate documentation on compliance, and interacting with colleagues on IT platform reliability and resilience governance. Additionally, the ITAO will drive activities related to application decommissioning, incidents reduction, and support compliance throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. Key responsibilities of the role include overseeing enterprise IT governance, information security, information content publishing, business risk management, continuity management, data management, and methods and tools support. The candidate should ensure that all critical activities in applications are monitored, appropriate controls are implemented, and identity and access management cycles are compliant. The role also involves managing internal and external application audits, ensuring infrastructure compliance, and planning for application upgrades or migration activities. The successful candidate should possess a degree-level qualification in IT and/or information security, with experience in software development lifecycle, GCP-Cloud foundation knowledge, and a general understanding of security industry standards and best practices. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a service-oriented approach are essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of information security tools, cloud engineering, and DevSecOps practices.
