Senior Technology Analyst

As a Senior Technology Analyst at Deutsche Bank, your primary role will be to support the technical infrastructure required to provide IT services to the bank. You will be involved in the strategy, design, development, and deployment of IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues, identifying areas for IT design improvement, providing technical feedback to enhance IT solutions, and ensuring the stability of IT systems through appropriate processes and controls. You will also play a key role in driving Continuous Service Improvement to streamline support activities and enhance system availability. Key Responsibilities: - Have at least 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably with Asset Management Business Applications and Processes - Support applications moving onto the cloud by tracking application control status and providing practical advice to application development teams - Ensure compliance with Identity & Access Management cycle against DB Policies and central tools - Collaborate with application stakeholders to enhance infrastructure and align with technical roadmap - Support audit functions in remediating audit points and self-identified issues to reduce risk - Produce and maintain accurate documentation on compliance with methodologies, IT policies, and security requirements - Drive activities for Application Decommissioning and incidents reduction - Support compliance on all steps of the SDLC process and ensure all SDLC controls are green - Act as a key contact for security controls in the software delivery process - Consult with information security specialists and infrastructure teams for governance of IT platform reliability and resilience Qualifications Required: - Degree-level IT and/or information security qualification, or equivalent experience - Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and GCP-Cloud foundation knowledge - General understanding of security industry standards and best practices such as NIST, ENISA, ISO27001, OWASP - Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to oversee complex processes - Excellent communication skills and customer-friendly behavior, even in stressful situations - Fluent in English (written/verbal) Preferable: - Knowledge of information security tools and cloud engineering - Understanding of DevSecOps and integration of security in the software development lifecycle - ISO or ITAO certification (for internals only) In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have access to benefits such as best-in-class leave policy, parental leaves, reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit, sponsorship for relevant certifications, and comprehensive insurance coverage for you and your dependents.
