Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Support Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Technical Support Manager will oversee the technical support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the team in resolving customer queries promptly and effectively.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

·         B. Sc. (IT) / B. Tech. / MCA or other Technical Graduates

·         Prior relevant experience is preferable

·         Networking experience and Networking Certification like CCNA and CCNP is preferable.

·         Experience in SFTP, MFT, Network Monitoring, Server Monitoring, Active Directory, Access Management is preferable

·         In-depth knowledge of various OS, SQL / Oracle database(s), and hardware is a preferable

·         Proficiency in deploying web-based applications

·         Sound skills of software troubleshooting and diagnosis

·         Excellent analytical and on-the-spot thinking ability

·         Basic computer skills, including email writing, is a must

·         Sound communication, inter-personal & documentation skills

·         Readiness to travel across the country for client-side implementation at least 2 – 3 times each month

·         Willingness to acquire in-depth functional knowledge of Systech software product
