Technical resource- Managed file transfer

You are a Technical Resource - Managed File Transfer at SYSTECH Technocraft Services Pvt.Ltd, a global IT value-added distribution and services company based in Mumbai, India. Your responsibilities include managing and monitoring file transfer systems, ensuring secure and efficient data transfers, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain uninterrupted file transfer operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining documentation and assisting in implementing new file transfer solutions. To excel in this role, you should have experience with managed file transfer systems and protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, and AS2. Technical skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving file transfer issues are essential. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to data transfer and storage, familiarity with cloud services and integration, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are also required. Relevant certifications in Managed File Transfers or similar fields would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred for this full-time on-site position in Mumbai.
