Job Title: Senior Technical Support Executive Location: Gurugram, Haryana Company: Orikam Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. Salary: ₹3 – ₹3.5 LPA (CTC) Job Summary: Orikam Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Senior Technical Support Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for providing daily technical support to doctors, including device installations, product demonstrations, and resolving technical queries. This is a desk-based role with a high level of interaction with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from doctors and healthcare professionals. Provide real-time desktop support and guidance on device usage and troubleshooting. Give live product demonstrations (virtually or in-person, if required) to ensure proper usage and installation. Address and resolve doctors’ daily technical queries promptly and professionally. Document support interactions and maintain logs for future reference and reporting. Coordinate with the internal technical team for escalated issues. Maintain a strong understanding of Orikam’s medical devices and technologies. Key Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of technical support experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Hands-on experience with desktop systems, installations, and remote support tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience in customer-facing roles, especially in the medical or healthcare sector. Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing tools. Patient, empathetic, and driven to provide top-tier customer service. Work Schedule: Full-time, desk-based role. Monday to Saturday (Day shift).
