Senior Technical Support Executive

You will be joining our Talent Support team in Visakhapatnam as a Customer Facing enthusiast, responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to customers and internal teams on product features, functionalities, and usage. Your role will involve investigating and resolving complex customer issues, communicating effectively with customers to understand their concerns, and creating documentation to assist customers and support team members. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting training sessions, monitoring support service quality, preparing reports on customer support metrics, and gathering feedback for product improvement opportunities will be key responsibilities. You will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, and mentor a team of customer-facing professionals. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding solutions, and familiarity with CRM tool documentation. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and during weekends is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, is required. Strong client-facing skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and a customer-centric mindset are essential qualities for this position.
