Bachelor’s degree/diploma in computer science or information technology or equivalent Skills :
Primary -> Technology | Collaboration | 5 - Expert Primary -> Technology | Collaboration | SharePoint | 5 - Expert Secondary -> Technology | Collaboration | Teams | 5 - Expert Certification :
Technology | IT Certifications|Microsoft Certification|Enabling Office 365 Services / Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate Collaboration Tools - M365 with Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Enterprise Social Messaging (e.g. Yammer) As a Microsoft Collaboration Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SharePoint and OneDrive environments, enabling effective collaboration and document management

Troubleshooting(L2 & L3) experience with the Collaboration Platform, sign-in issues, Calling issues and licensing issues.
Experience in migrating Teams channels/chats etc between tenants
Experience in configuring collaboration and content management solutions
Expert knowledge on implementing M365 governance policies and practices
Deploy and Maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions, ensuring proper information architecture, security, and access controls.
Implement SharePoint and OneDrive solutions, ensuring optimal configuration and customization to meet the organization s collaboration and document management needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SharePoint and OneDrive functionalities, workflows, and features.
Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint and OneDrive usage, best practices, and governance, ensuring adoption and maximizing user productivity.
Create and maintain SharePoint and OneDrive governance policies, guidelines, and documentation, promoting compliance, security, and data integrity.
Monitor and optimize SharePoint and OneDrive performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance system stability and scalability.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the integration, compatibility, and security of SharePoint and OneDrive with other systems and platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft collaboration platform features, updates, and best practices, and recommend their adoption to enhance organizational productivity.
Participate in the planning and execution of SharePoint and OneDrive migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to end-users.
Develop and promote applications for using collaboration solutions
