Senior Technical Service Manager

You will be part of the Customer Delivery Engagement (CDE) organization within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Customer Engagement from the point of sale throughout the entire lifecycle. Your role as a Technical Service Manager (TSM) is crucial in delivering high-quality results consistently and contributing to SAP's global strategy of helping customers with the adoption of SAP S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise. As a TSM, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, owning the customer landscape and advising on critical and complex landscape changes during lifecycle management. Working closely with Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs) and ECS internal service delivery, you will ensure quality services are provided to customers throughout their entire lifecycle. Your focus will be on Large & Strategic Customers, where you will collaborate with the Enterprise Cloud Services delivery organization. Your responsibilities will include managing complexity, ensuring stable operations, mitigating risk, lowering the total cost of operation, and supporting customers on their journey to the intelligent enterprise powered by S4/HANA.
