About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls for computer setup, troubleshooting, driver installation, connectivity, and related issues.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to offer solutions, promote products/services, and close sales.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently with clear, step-by-step guidance.
  • Promote and sell extended warranties, service plans, ink subscriptions, and related accessories.
  • Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in CRM systems or internal platforms.
  • Achieve daily/weekly performance goals — including resolution time, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on latest models, software, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and TCPA regulations for outbound calling in the USA.


Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in technical support or sales (preferably both).
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware/software and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    (verbal & written); bilingual

    French

    is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work both independently and in teams.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, remote support tools, and call center software.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with

    USA/Canada time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a

    call center or BPO

    handling US/Canada clients.
  • Prior

    sales training or certification
